Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Oats
1 3/4 cups Soymilk
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Fresh Blueberries
Method
Soak oats in soymilk overnight.
Set oven for 350 degrees.
Beat oil, honey, and eggs until glossy.
Add baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat.
Stir in oats and blueberries.
Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish and bake for 20ish minutes.
